• Changes will not affect already enrolled students.

4. Refund Policy

• Refund eligibility depends on programme rules.
• Application fee is non-refundable.
• Refund processing may take 30–45 working days.
• Registration fees are non-refundable.

5. Academic Policy

• Curriculum may be updated periodically.
• Minimum attendance & assessments are mandatory.
• Plagiarism or misconduct leads to disciplinary action.
• Programme structure may evolve based on industry needs.

6. Code of Conduct

• Professional behavior must be maintained.
• Misuse of platform may lead to suspension.
• Harassment or abuse is strictly prohibited.

7. Certification

• Certification is awarded upon successful completion.
• All dues must be cleared before issuance.
• LIBA reserves right to withhold certificates if required.

8. Privacy & Communication

• Data is used only for academic purposes.
• No data is sold to third parties.
• Applicants consent to communication via phone/email/WhatsApp.

9. Disclaimer

• No job placement guarantee is provided.
• Outcomes depend on student performance.
• LIBA may modify content anytime.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
